The India Chapter is happy to announce the student scholarship program for Year 2025.

We would request mentors of all IC-ACI student chapters to send the documents of students who would like to apply for these scholarships.

 SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS: 

On national level, a total of three students from all the entries received will be offered scholarships

1. 15,000/- to a one deserving student in the 2nd year of B.E./B. Tech Civil Branch based on criteria mention in below placed table.
2. 15,000/- to one deserving student in the 3rd year of B.E./B. Tech Civil Branch based on criteria mention in below placed table.
3. 15,000/- to one deserving student in the 2nd or 3rd year of B.E./B. Tech Civil Branch to be selected based on financial need [Mentors to recommend one student who suitably demonstrates financial need, deserving academic performance, and participation in Student Chapter Activities]

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA:

• Due date for sending scholarship documents: 30^th December 2025.
• Scholarships after the due date will not be considered / acceptable.
• Share evaluation of the students before the due date on the email infoicaci@gmail.com.
• Share mark sheets of the students as per evaluation with the best academic performance in 2^nd& 3^rd year of civil engineering from your college.
• Eligible 3 students will be individually notified by email to provide their IC-ACI Student Membership Number, passport-size photos, and bank details.
• Students who received the scholarship past years will not be eligible for scholarships.
• Final evaluation of the scholarship will be done by jury from IC-ACI Board.
• The decisions of the Jury of the IC-ACI Board will be entirely own and final.

3	The student should provide a 400-word essay covering the following areas: 1. Why he/she should receive the scholarship? 2.  How will it help him/her improve academia/industry? 3.  What do they propose to do with the scholarship amount?	10

	Students who received the IC-ACI scholarships in the past years will not be eligible for scholarships this year
